We recently completed this elegant 3-bedroom cottage on a peaceful plot in Midrand, designed to offer spacious, modern living while still retaining a warm, homely feel.

The home features a large main bedroom complete with walk-in cupboards that lead through to a spacious full bathroom, creating a private and comfortable retreat within the house. The two additional bedrooms offer flexibility for family, guests, or a home office.

At the heart of the home is a light-filled, open-plan kitchen and lounge area — perfect for relaxed family living and entertaining. Clean lines and smart finishes give the space a modern yet timeless aesthetic.

The cottage is fitted with sleek white aluminium windows and aluminium doors, offering durability and a contemporary look. The clients selected a beautiful modern flat roof tile, which adds to the home's sharp, clean architectural style and blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
